Do you guarantee rankings or leads?
No. We build practical websites with better structure and management — but search results aren’t something we can honestly guarantee.
What’s the difference between the Express Site and the SEO plans?
Express Site is fast and simple — it gets you online and credible. SEO plans are built with local search structure: service pages, location pages, schema, citation building. Express handles people searching your business name. SEO plans go after “plumber in Altoona.” Also important: if you think you’ll want to expand your site later, the Express Site probably isn’t the right starting point.
Is the monthly fee required or optional?
Required. The monthly fee is how the site stays live, maintained, and managed. It’s not a subscription you can pause — it’s the ongoing cost of having us responsible for your site. Express Site: $50/month. Core Managed: $100/month. Local Business: $125/month. Expanded Local: $150/month. If you stop paying, the site comes down.
What counts as a revision and what does it cost?
Core Managed: up to 30 min/month included. Local Business and Expanded Local: up to 60 min/month included. Express Sites: no included revisions — set and forget. Anything beyond your included time is billed at a minimum of $75. We’ll always tell you the cost before we start.
Can I edit the website myself?
Not while we’re managing it. Our name is on the work. If you want full editing control, we can transfer the site or provide files once it’s paid for — but editing it yourself may require technical help.
What happens if I want to leave?
You can leave. We don’t hold your domain hostage. Once your website is paid for, we can help transfer the site or provide files. Taking the site with you doesn’t always mean it’s easy to edit yourself.
Why is the Expanded Local Website usually the best choice?
Most local service businesses offer more than one service and cover more than one town. A smaller site gets limited fast. The Expanded Local Website gives your site room for up to 5 service pages and 10+ location pages per service — that’s the structure Google actually needs to understand your business. It’s not overkill. For most serious local businesses, it’s just the right size.
